关于xilinx cable的驱动问题

出现提示如下：
INFO: [Labtools 27-2285] Connecting to hw_server url TCP:localhost:3121
ERROR: [Labtoolstcl 44-494] There is no active target available for server at localhost.Targets(s) ", jsn-DLC9LP-00000000000000" may be locked by another hw_server.
经检查是驱动的安装问题，换了一个usb口插上，重新在网上下载了一个驱动，地址：http://download.csdn.net/download/u010173859/6801291
